VFC 30th Anniversary Dinner

Looking back, I was only 20 years old when I first joined VFC, than CCC : o (

In the passed 18 years, I have since grew from a young adult to middle age man; from single to married, from lean to fat …hahaha

I really want to thank God for all these 18 years in this church. I have experienced many miracles from the Lord, and have had many encounters with my Father. From supernatural healing (refer to Sept postings) to provisions; and most importantly drawing me closer to Himself. VFC has provided me with a place where I experience God’s love… thru His people, my brothers and sisters in Christ.

I have grew all these years when I embarked in the Christian Development programe (CDP). I was than actively attending bible classes, serving in ministries, involving in outreaches. Speaking of attending classes, there used to be only 7 levels of Life In the Word classes, now there are 10. The good thing is…I completed all. The next step …Bible School…(heex2).

As for ministry, I have served in many too, washing toilets, vacuuming halls (work days), usher, money counting, security, youth(got to know my wife), children, nursery, teaching, prayer, deliverance, healing, cell, choir, drama, arranging chairs, evangelism, family life, sound, video, worship leading, service leading, short term mission, full time ministry, projects, camps, administration, leadership, folding bulletin, etc….and the list goes on…….

Thru all these, I learnt this ... it is only thru involvement that one will grow; getting involve the relationship with God, involvement in serving, involvement in learning His Word; we grow when we get involved!
